Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
Cost of shipping
Standard Shipping $260.00 MXN
3 to 5 business days after your purchase leave our warehouse.
After confirming your order, we will send you an email when your purchase leaves our warehouse. In this email we will share your tracking guide, you can enter the website of the parcel service and follow up until it reaches the address you indicated.
We are not responsible for delays by the logistics company.
Exchanges and returns
The term for any exchange or return is 3 days once the purchase is received; after this term we won’t be able to offer any exchange or return.
To validate the exchange or return, is necessary to deliver the product back through parcel service so the return can be effective, we will send you the corresponding shipping guide with a cost of $260.00 MXN, once the return is approved we will issue the corresponding store credit.
In case of exchange, the product needs to be delivered back so we can proceed to make the corresponding exchange.
The exchange and/or return is not applicable in special orders (you can review in the description of the product if it applies as a special order).
To proceed with a return, is necessary that you send us the receive or the proof of payment.
Once we receive and inspect your product, we will send you an email to notify you that we received said product.
If the size of the ring you choose is not the correct one, we can gladly adjust it with our jeweler. The adjustment of the ring have a cost of $500.00 Mexican Pesos. The delivery cost should be paid by the client.
If you want to realize an exchange because of product defects and obtain the same product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to send you the corresponding instructions.
The client will be responsible to cover the delivery expenses of any exchange and/or return.
The delivery expenses are not refundable.
We reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received. If you have any issue with the purchased product(s) regarding manufacturing defects of said products, please contact us via email to email@example.com.
